The Center for Preventive Action of the Council on Foreign Relations
has published a report on the South Balkans entitled, "Toward
Comprehensive Peace in Southeast Europe: Conflict Prevention in the
South Balkans." We have had the report translated into Serbo-Croatian
and we are now seeking help in having it published in Serbia. Would
Nasa Borba be interested in publishing excerpts?
